Tracking Your Order

• Check your email for the shipping confirmation (sent within 24 hours of shipment)
• Click the tracking link, or enter the number at our carrier's website
• Or log in and check Order History for real-time status

Order Statuses

Status	Meaning
Processing	We've received your order and are picking items
Shipped	It's on the way!
Out for Delivery	Should arrive today
Delivered	Check your doorstep (or mailroom)

Lost Package?

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate.
